Frequently Asked Questions

Holistic Care Queries

Do I need to prepare for my first consultation?

No, you do not. You may choose to write down some concerns you want to bring up, though there are no requirements to do so. You can turn up as you are on the day.

Can you help with my chronic illness?

We can  work together on finding and healing the source(s) of your dis-ease, aa well as offer you ways to releive and manage your symptoms. By approaching your health both from the outside in and the inside out, we can work very effectively towards improving your overall health and well-being.

What happens during the first consultation?

During your initial consultation, we will discuss your health concerns, medical history, family history and life history. Though we ask a lot of questions, it is entirely up to you how much you choose to share. This will help us determine the best course of treatment for you.

We may also recommend dietary changes or supplements along with your homeopathic remedies.

Follow-up sessions are typically shorter and focus on monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.

What is homeopathy?

Homeopathy is a natural form of complementary medicine which encourages the body to heal itself.

It has been practised worldwide for over 200 years to help treat a wide range of health conditions and is the second largest system of medicine in the world today, as recognised by the World Health Organisation (WHO).

My baby has a cough, can you help?

We can help treat acutes as well as chronic and recurrent conditions and diseases. Homeopathy is safe for all ages.

How often do I need to consult?

We like to see you for an initial consultation to get to know you and your health history, and a follow-up to assess the changes and progress gained by taking the remedies.

It is entirely your choice to continue on your health journey with us if you feel you need further support.

You can book an appointment at any time you wish, even if it has been months since your last one.

Can I touch homeopathic pills?

We recommend you to pour the required amount of pills into the cap of the bottle, or if they are in a pouch, to carefully bring one up to the top and drop them directly into your mouth.

The reason for this is that the sucrose pills are the vehicle onto which the liquid preparation of the remedy has been deposited. Not touching the pills means the remedy is unchanged and at its most effective.

I took more pills than I was supposed to, am I in danger?

No. There is no toxicity or active molecules in a homeopathic remedy.

What matters is the exposures to the energetic vibration of the remedy, and this happens by taking "a dose". That one dose is the same whether taking 1 or 100 pills.
